Operations - Leeville

  • Located in southern Lafourche Ph., about 50 miles south of New Orleans.
  • Texaco discovered the field in 1931 and drilled 527 wells. Current net production averages 307 BOPD and 1.1 MMMCFD.
  • Leeville field was created by a shallow piercement dome with salt at 3,500'. A large growth fault system crosses the field and provides the trapping mechanism for the reserves.
  • Over 108 MMBO and 240 BCFG produced to date.
  • Deep (>10,000’) potential may exceed 100+ BCFG in salt flank and sub-salt traps.
    Acquired all of the retained deep rights below approximately 12,950’ originally held by Chevron.
  • Dune has a 40% non-operated working interest position in 8,300 acres.
  • Acquired a license to 20 square miles of 3D seismic data.
  • 4 Wells were drilled in 2008 adding 600MCFe/d of new production –No capital investment.

  • Reprocess 3D Seismic Data with Joint Venture Partner
  • 1-2 Drilling Wells Potential
  • Anticipate growing Drilling Inventory similar to GIB post-reprocessing
